ELIGIBILITY
The drawing is open to any legal resident of the United States aged 18 or older. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Year round employees of CFI, and members of their immediate families are ineligible to win. The drawing is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
PRIZE

Lodge at Tiburon Sweepstakes prize includes one (1) gift certificate for one night stay in a Tiburon King Room at The Lodge at Tiburon (located at 1651 Tiburon Blvd, Tiburon CA 94920), and one (1) gift certificate for dinner for two at Tiburon Tavern (up to $100).  Retail value of sweepstakes package is $369.No prize substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of CFI. The prize value may be taxable to the winner and may need to be reported to the IRS on form 1099-MISC. Please seek advice from your tax consultant.
